The sad fact is that jerkoffs like you have trouble comprehending perfectly written English.

Let me guess, you are from NSW, right?

Re:An open invitation to the NRL Reply to this message
I just want a coach who doesn't play the storm again this year, and who's side ISN'T in the finals and who doesn't have some sort of grudge, to come out with the claim.

If Steve Folks comes out and says it - I'll listen!

>>>>>>>>>>>>

Brian Smith said it. Granted the Knights are yet to play the Storm (second last round) but I don't think it's a game that would cause the Storm much concern anyway and the Knights WON'T be in the finals.

Near enough for you?

Interesting to note the NRL has said they were looking at 5 grapple tackles from the Dragons/Storm match - only two of those were from Melbourne players. So the holier than thou mr Brown is a little hypocritical me thinks!

Re:An open invitation to the NRL Reply to this message
If you remember before i think either origin 1 or 2 Cameron Smith was even saying that he would shout out to the ref if he saw anything of grapple tackle being used by NSW this year while Bellamy was coaching. Coaches competing with the Storm is one thing but your own players has to say something about the matter.

stormy - 'hypocrite' is the word you're looking for if you try to call someone else one-sided

I think fatty vautin should have had a STORM representative on the footy show last night when he was making allergations about STORM'S tackling techniques. He had nathan brown and freddy fittler on the show but no-one from STORM to defend the allergations.Talk about one sided..

Re:An open invitation to the NRL Reply to this message
Like I said, I agree that the defence was highly flawed - yet all clubs try it - don't make out like the Storm are the sole villains here and the Dragons are clean!

But what does it matter to the Dragons what the excuse was from Melbourne? Did it result in Nightingale getting punished? No!

Plus, I think he was lucky not to be the Dragon sin binned - he was far more involved than poor old Soward!

Re:An open invitation to the NRL Reply to this message
Did Jason Nightingale have the opportunity to defend himself at the judiciary after Slater and Storm gutlessly accused him???
Provocation is a cop out - if you are not willing to stand up and take responsibility for your actions, then you are nothing but a coward and a dog.

Therein lies the crux of the Nathan Brown outburst. Saints are rightly p1ssed that their player has been accused of foul play, and not given the opportunity to defend himself
