Oh, and this. Tellit is sueing Merlot's employer.:
An Indian man is suing the makers of Lynx deodorant after he failed to get a girlfriend despite using their products for seven years.
Vaibhav Bedi, 26, is demanding Unilever pay him $91,000 as compensation for the "depression and psychological damage" caused by a lack of any "Lynx effect", the Daily Record reports.
Scantily-clad women throwing themselves at men wearing Lynx has long been a key feature of advertisements for the deodorant, which is marketed as Axe in India.
"The company cheated me because in its advertisements, it says women will be attracted to you if you use Axe ... I used it for seven years but no girl came to me," Mr Bedi said in his court petition.
A court in New Delhi has accepted half-used body washes, shampoos, anti-perspirants and hair gels for forensic testing.
Unilever has refused to comment on the lawsuit.
Mr Bedi's lawyer Ram Jethmalani said it would be in Unilever's best interests to settle out of court.
"There is no data to substantiate the supposition that unattractive and unintelligent men don't attract women," the Daily Record quoted him as saying.
"In fact, some of the best looking women have been known to marry and date absolutely ghoulish guys." |

A naked man was forced to climb out an apartment window and cower on an air conditioning unit after being caught having sex with another man's wife.
Sun Meng was photographed by surprised locals in Chengdu, China, after he climbed out the window while being abused by his lover's husband, the Telegraph newspaper reports.
The 25-year-old said he was shunned by locals after the photograph was published on a local community news website.
"My family is ashamed and none of my own neighbours will talk to me anymore," Mr Sun was quoted as saying.
"I know what I did was wrong but I was afraid he would kill me.
Mr Sun told the newspaper people laughed at him because of how he looked naked. "But I have to point out it was a very cold day," he said.
It is not known how long Mr Sun was seeing the married woman or what punishment, if any, he may face.
Chengdu, the capital of the Sichuan province, has a population of around 11 million.

Roy Morgan - who surveyed more than 20,000 people on topics ranging from peanut butter to football teams - put the Broncos' supporter base at 1,202,611, knocking off the Swans (1,163,872).
How do they get 1,202,611 from surveying only 20,000 people? Like most polls, taken with a peanut butter sanger. |

Broncos voted as most popular footy club
AAP - October 30, 2009, 11:42 pm
The Brisbane Broncos have knocked off the Sydney Swans in an independent ratings survey to find Australia's most popular sporting team.
It completes a double for the NRL's Broncos who also came out winners in TV viewer rankings compiled by brands researcher Repucom in a study of 2009 television audience numbers across the NRL, AFL, rugby's Super 14 and A-League.
The Swans took the most supported tag from the Broncos in 2004 after their golden AFL premiership run.
But September figures released this week by prominent pollsters Roy Morgan - who surveyed more than 20,000 people on topics ranging from peanut butter to football teams - put the Broncos' supporter base at 1,202,611, knocking off the Swans (1,163,872).
The AFL's Brisbane Lions came in third on 879,597 in the poll which asked people which team they supported in each code.
Broncos general manager of commercial operations Terry Reader said topping the survey gave some negotiating clout and appeal with sponsors in a very competitive market place.
"It's a great result for us as the outcome means a good flow on for our sponsors and corporate partners who invest in our brand," he said.
"It shows they're getting a bit more bang for their buck.
"It shows the Broncos are well liked and well received and that they get exceptional exposure in the national market place.
"We're really proud of the result when you think we've been around for 22 years and some clubs have been around for a century."
Melbourne Storm, who appeared in the past four NRL grand finals, winning two, have gone from 497,000 supporters in 2004 to almost 800,000 in the 2009 results and are fourth overall despite being based in AFL heartland.
Industry communications director at Roy Morgan Research, Norman Morris, said the poll results would make interesting reading for the AFL and A-League, both planning new teams for Sydney's western suburb ... |

You are in the photo, passed out in the gutter, it has labelled you as an hemmorhoid.
Now there is a grammar debate, a hemmorhoid vs an hemmorhoid????
And while we are at it, check out the wiki hemmorhoid page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemorrhoid
That is not an anooos, its a god dammed belly button. |
