| I always laugh at Matterson, moreso the old man. Wests were playing Brisbane at Lang in 88, and we were at my mums grandma's before she passed on. Was a night game, and my oldman absolutely ripped into Matterson for the first 10 minutes, but by that stage it was a lost cause, he kicked 5 goals, scored a try and they won by 30. | Terry Matterson I think was the last toe poker in the NRL. retired in 95, Meninga in 94. Was the ATC kicker that used both feet Andrew Leeds? Wasn't he the guy that kicked that 50m field goal against Balmain(?)? Ridge could punt and drop kick equally well with both feet but not sure on goal kicking. |
