ANYWAY!! The bottom line is that if they are making money then workers have jobs and hopefully they will start employing more of the guys and girls that lost their jobs before.

A statement issued by Ford USA has pointed to them being profitable by 2011.Ford has already posted earnins of nearly $1bil in the third quater of this year alone compared to a $178mil loss in the same period last year.Ford has pointed to cost cutting and increased sales in Europe and the USA for the good turnaround.Unlike General Motors and Chrysler,Ford has come through the tough economic down turn without resorting to bankruptcy protection or government aid.Ford has also stated they will be investing in r&d heavily relating to fuel efficiant technology,other areas that are high on the list of priorities for the auto giant are employee retention,customer satisfaction and their WORLD WIDE motorsport program.
