| "half a lap per ad break"..!?!?!?! Where do watch TV in a farken Tardis??...They show more ads than any other broadcaster, the show is there purely to break up the ads, ch7 is a farce, they are s!uts for ad revenue only, the quality of their broadcasts is so dumbed down I feel like i should have brain damage to find their dribble interesting. CH10 is/was/will be the best, their guys have a passion for the job they ared doing, the F@CKWITS on ch7 could be doing the weather one day, covering a kids school another and reporting from the pits at the V8's the next...they suck. period. AND STILL NO HD COVERAGE...NASCAR on CH10 HD IS MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE FOOLS!!! |

| We don't all agree - they've got it all over Ten. You want to go back to no Qualifying on TV except for Bathurst and 2am Sunday morning Race 1 telecasts? I don't think so. And you're saying that Ten didn't show a lot of ads? Some people have short memories. Ten even had ad breaks that lasted 10 Laps when the telecast was delayed. Seven does about half a lap per ad break for delayed telecasts. |

| Channel 7 didnt really win the logie. the race was a success because of the great racing and tight finish - not because of the coverage. | Seven gets the Gold Coast race under the anti-siphoning agreement. Last year they didn't think anyone was interested (Yeah, I know) until Will Power was consistently running up the front. | The Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 has won the Logie for Most Outstanding Sports Coverage. We beat the AFL Grand Final, Australian Open Tennis, FINA World Swimming Championships, and Fifth Ashes Test. We get it just about every year (though SBS got it for the Germany 2006 World Cup last year). |
