| Again the backline stood firm against the height of the Collingwood forwards. I have to admit that I am not big wraps for Holland but he sure has the wood [pun intended] on Rocca. If this keeps up I might have to change my mind about our backline.....keep going you blokes. Love it when you prove me wrong......lol. | I have, over quite a few years now, blasted the Dees for our inability to find an outstanding backman. I have to say that on Saturday they stood tall. Adelaide couldn't get a direct avenue to goal, even when they surged in the last quarter. All in all a great team effort in the back half. Complimented by some excellent work from our now fit and healthy forwards the team really showed we are a far, far better team than our position at 15th. shows. Final 8 is a tough ask but as Malcolm was heard to say "Life wasn't meant to be easy" Go Redlegs !!! |
