damo, probably about the same time as the pathetic Eagles climb off bottom of the ladder and the same time an interstate team challenges Saints, Cats, Dogs and Pies who are all sitting top of the ladder - not any time soon!!!!

When do you think you vics will come to your senses and merge North and Melbourne? then perhaps you can start coming close to getting over 10000 people at one of your games!!!!!

Re:Hi Dee fans.... Reply to this message
Speaking as a fan of the club that nearly became Melbourne a number of years ago, I think they deal with it by driving up to Hotham in the family Hilux and do a spot of skiing.

When they are at home they chose to mow the lawn, wash the Lexus or have intercourse with the baby sitter/secretary while the Demons are on the field. Anything to distract them from the football.

Then, after hearing via a friend of the family that the side had a win that weekend, they don their Demons tie at work for the rest of the week and proudly sip their latte from a Demons mug.

North fans could try that - just substitute 'Hotham for a spot of skiing' for 'Frankston for a spot of shoplifting', 'wash the Lexus' for 'clean car windows at stop lights', 'babysitter/secretary' for 'shazza the 34 year old single mum from next door' and 'Tie at work' for 'beanie at Centrelink'.

Hope that helps. :P
