| I don't think it is a good idea .. yes the club has done well to get 30K members and not doing too well on field but doesn't tanking go against the team's mantra? I would think if they started tanking you would lose the fans that support the club through the shinboner spirit! |

| oh well that won't happen - think we'll beat Melb & at least Richmond now that ladyley is a goner. I think 6-7 wins for us , Eagles about the same. 16th Dees (weak pr *** s) 2 draft picks for them 1&2 15th ??? 14th ??? 13th North ... pick 5 & i think we'd get a decent midfielder with that. |

| We can win another game if we want the extra pick. After this weekend we now sit with pick 6. The top 4 in the draft this year are far ahead of the rest it would be nice to snag one of them. Currently the first 10 picks sit 1- Melb 2- WC 3- Melb 4- Freo 5- Rich 6- Nth 7- WC 8- Syd 9- Port 10- Haw Getting into the top 4 could be very hard. |

| yep snow totally 100% behind you on that one!! - who gives a sh!t our season is shot -if we want improvement it will come with earlt draft picks. Now IF we win less than 5.5 games do we get an extra 2nd rd pick? Our club has /is doing some wonderful things off field atm- to have over 30 000 members when we're stuggling on-field is a fantastic effort. reward the members with an early pick i say!! We're after Buckley because we lack a marquee player- we'll never get another one should we continue to finish 6-10th they just aren't around then. SS not saying tanking just keep blooding the youngsters and get 'em playing the footy not worrying about how many kicks their opponent is getting- By the by i reckon we might win today-sh!t lol |
