| Come On channel 7 - get your act together ... no horses in the mounting yard for a GROUP 1 race! you've got to be kidding ... if you're not going to show the horses, let someone else who cares about horseracing... like TVN! and the commentary .. | This is a disgrace. Its Stakes Day and Channel 7 are showing bloody cartoons while we who want to have a punt every race meeting not just carnival time, cannot see the horses in the enclosure and clearly won't see Race 1 because Channel 7 won't allow TVN to show it despite the fact Channel 7 arn't showing it. If you arn't going to show the races or horses in the enclosure then let TVN do it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The addition of francesca Cumani to the panel is great someone who knows a thing or two bout racing is a welcomed addition indeed if they could get rid of bruce macavaney and the b grade celebs and actually show the horses and not a fashion show would make the coverage really worth tuning in for. | The channel seven coverage is a absolute joke. No sooner had the horses crossed the line in race 6 on cup day they had cut to an ad. 90% carp and 10% horses. Whats the point of covering a sport if you commit 10% to the actual sport. All their self promotion is wasted on me. I dont watch any of their sh1t . Piss of channel carp . I mute the ads anyway. | This is by far the worst coverage of Cup day Ive ever seen. Not once have they taken us through the fields as they parade. I used to think ch 10's coverage was bad because they'd only cross just before the horses left the yard. Pull your finger out channel 7 and show us the horses instead of wasting broadcast time administering to the egos of your B grade 'celebrities' by giving them screen time!!!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
