| Well..."believe to", "accused of", "often been accused of", "implicated in"....even the Australian media aren't generally that cavalier :) And any of it that has come from Russian sources, you can pretty much ignore. I'd bet money the talk of "illegal" sale of Chechen oil is one example. The Russians seem to think it all belongs to them, like Chechnya itself, and the rest of the world is happy to go along. |

| Its amazing the media or anybody else has raised any objection about a horse thats running in the Melbourne Cup owned by Ramzan Kadyrov, a man who has been accused of serious human rights abuses.
