| In what way ? I can tell you i am not betting in the huge amounts Telephone Line is .... I use to have a big dig at it but these days i have a kitty of $100 for Sat ... But i love my racing and been a member of the AJC for over 10 years and spent most Sat at the track .... |

| ok here are my tips for this Saturday for anyone who cares.... Melbourne Race 2 - No3 Pins on Parade - 2 WINS / 2 STARTS Should romp it in ! WIN ONLY Race 5 - No 1 Evil Web - Valley specialist that had 5 starts here for 4 wins & 2nd !!! Race 6 - N0 2 Kaphero - Had a big run first up for 2nd place and looking for some value in this race as Gold Edition will start fav... Although first up at the valley i reckon there could be an upset. Each way bet here Race 8 - No 14 Whiskey & Rye - Current form hard to fault each way bet Brisbane Race 5 - No 4 Motivate - I've won heaps of cash on this old bugger over the years and cleaned up again the other week as well i'm backing it again for another win !!! Adelaide Race 7 - No6 Verco Road -Form is pretty consistant and ran a place last weekend whcih got up a trifecta for me that payed $800 although i only had 1/2 box but $400 better than nothing. Each way bet Sydney race 2 - no 8 Hike - Should win easily ! Young Mitch Beadman in the saddle and he's riding well at the moment plus claims 3kg so it has only 51kg on its back Race 3 - No 10 The Bavarian - long shot for a place only ! Race 4 - No 1 Soiled - Top weight first up but class horse and i did well backing him last preparation. Each way bet rACE 8 - No 8 Shashenka - Rattled home last start for 2nd plus i love backing number 8 in race 8 !! It's amazing how many times it's got up over the years Happy punting everyone !!!! |

| Wayne Stagg you legend, what was a good Saturday of punting became an ordinary week....but YOU fixed it...Bravo!! Good that you won as most of us did for a nice change. Not keen this week, however, if i'm brave enough and drunk enough GIBERNAU in the last. | I think i may have overdone it a bit on the advertising attack front. O.K, heres the deal, ill lay off criticising advertising and we can all get back to tipping - cool? cool! Hope no one took it personally - i despise all forms of advertising, but thats my issue so consider it done. As for tips for the weekend, stay tuned, my normal hook up is on a friday late p.m down the pub - reliable source and been doing some good of late so stay tuned Sat morn. |

| Hey Geoffrey, I thought myself and Loki had it out the other night with regards to whole Telephone Line thing .... The final basis was lets all move on and get back to talking horses and tips ! It's clearly obvious "big noting" and "advertsing" aren't that welcolme so if everyone stays clear off that no one will get upset .... Pretty simple stuff i reckon so lets all look at the form for Sat days meetings and see if we can help each other pick some winners ! I'll be on tomorrow to throw my tips out to anyone that cares ... | There are leaders and followers, that does not mean jack * !! Show me 2 posts where he says he lost $10,ooo... I have often looked at posts without reply and recently decided to join the 'crew'...then quickly realising advertising is not welcome. Well thats fine, but I can still share tips with whoever because i love my involment with horse racing, have done for 36years........when i want * stories, then i go to the local pub.......have done for 31 years. Do not know these blokes, have nothing against them, just feel we all should try and be EQUAL! |

| I had no problem with TL telling how much he outlayed. My understanding is professional punters do make money whilst amateur punters lose more than they win. TL appeared to be a successful professional punter and good look to him and I was grateful to read his posts about his approach to punting.
