thought you’d be backing Danever in Race 6 at Moonee Valley!!!!!!
No we have too much in common – has about as much chance of beating a few of the others in this race as me. 5 7 1. probably not in that order.
<<< R1 no2 - May not beat the fav but will be in the race and looks to be better than money back for a place at this stage. no 6 and 1 next best>>>
Money back and Q paid $6.90 – the rest of my bets today are free except I am quiet likely to be a bit silly.
I sometime go to extremes to ensure that I do not end up in front. |

| at the risk of incurring the wrath of some on these boards -Syd Rc2 #5. im throwing 10/30 e/w on it on the word from a mate that owns horses and has never steered me wrong intentionally. If it gets up, great, if not, my loss. |

dnarever… crikey, with a name like that I’d have thought you’d be backing Danever in Race 6 at Moonee Valley!!!!!!
Anyway… let's go to Adelaide for a bit of value… in particular, Race 7 at Morphetville / dead track / standard weight-for-age Group 3 / 1200 meters.
Niconero should give this a real shake!
The positive factors:-
1. At 1200 meters, he has had 4 starts for 4 wins.
2. The only other occasion he ran at Morphetville... yes, at 1200 meters.
3. He runs well on dead tracks.
4. David Hayes is the trainer (and part owner).
The negative factors:-
1. First race from a spell (despite his first up record of 3 wins from 7 starts)
2. Jockey Paul Gatt… MY BIGGEST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
Also, don't miss Eagle Farm Race 3 - Tour Guide is a must.
Good luck everybody! |

I like number 2 Tresor first an Randwick EW
The favorite # Illuminates looks be be a good thing but at $1.70 no value, On speed I rate Tresor about 1 length behind but well clear of third and value at 13:90 / 2.70
May not beat the fav but will be in the race and looks to be better than money back for a place at this stage. no 6 and 1 next best
Eagle farm race 4: 3 from 4 and 2 |

Hey buzz and kanga, ...question! When Ian Thorpe was swimming, who do you think I used to back in his races? Even though I'd be given odds of 4/6, I still backed him because I knew he'd win and I'd get a return.
So why did Ian win his races? He had natural ability, yes... but he also used to train well. So his form virtually basically made him an unbeatable certainty.
The same principle applies to horse racing. Only we have more factors to consider to make it more challenging e.g. course, distance, track conditions, trainer, jockey, etc etc.
Those of us who made a fortune on Makybe Diva know why we backed Makybe Diva. Because she was always the form horse who virtually guaranteed a dividend each time she raced.
This racing season we will see the wonderful, the extraordinary, the vivacious Miss Finland come out as a 4 year old and create history. She's already valued at $20 million dollars. She's all class. See her in any race... back her and you'll get a dividend.
The trouble with guys like you, is that you know very little about the sport of kings. Until you have the knowledge, you'll always be losers... and I'm not complaining about that because it's people like you that lose money on making irrational bets that allow people like me to win your money.
Now... if you're smart, you'll reflect on your attitude to racing... it's not a lucky dip. You'll also say to youself, "Well, I've looked back in these posts at the horses that telephone_line has tipped... they're pretty much always there. Lets just follow him". |

Throw form guides away and forget "experts" tips.
The trainers and jockeys decides who wins. |

Take it from me... no good nags running today. So why don't we just have a bit of fun. Let's have a phantom bet.
Did you know that whenever I go to the casino for a little fun, I always play $20 on roulette... always on the same number - twenty two black! It's never come up.
Well, maybe it'll come up this afternoon. At Ballarat Race 6... Twentytwo Black is being ridden by Brad Rawiller. |

rachmorrell... have you got a little "black book"? Here's a tip right now for the Memsie Stakes at Caulfield to be run on 01/09/07. Miss Finland.
She's a once in a lifetime mare. Compared to last year, she's bigger, stronger, and ready to step up as a four-year old. Her main goal is the Cox Plate on 27/10/07 - a race she will definitely win!
She's been working well at David Hayes' Lindsay Park stables at Angaston in the Barossa Valley with Craig Williams. Remember how Makybe Diva captured everyone's imagination? Well, just you watch out for Miss Finland. |

only_for_places... Beerwinenspirits didn't come in for you, unfortunately, but that's the spirit... keep trying. Remember, who dares wins!
And by the way, no point getting hot headed with anyone. In this game you have to be cool, calm and collected. The thing is, what you need to do is just follow my tips and you'll be fine! |
