Hmmm, Hawks have won 4 from their last 5 and the Crows demolished Carlton last week. Someone will crash back to Earth this Sunday.

Hawthorn has a 3 game winning streak against our nemesis, a club record! But the Crows certainly have our measure all up - especially at Footy Park where last season's 4 point win was our first at the venue since 1994.

The Crows strength lies in their ability to prevent big gun forwards from kicking large scores. Given the Hawks will need Franklin and Roughead to contribute to the scoreboard, I think the game will be won or lost at that end of the ground.

Both sides have fallen away late in their games this season, neither has the fitness to go too hard for 4 quarters, so expect the game to fall away in intensity in the second half.

The Crows will explode out of the blocks, they have done all season and do every time they play Hawthorn. Even though they will die later, I just can't see the Hawks having the run to get over the top of them.

Great to see another debutant, Shiels coming into the side for the injured Moss. Muston holds onto his spot after a highly impressive 31 touch debut, hopefully he can put in another top notch display.

Ellis is also back, this should give the side some handy run off half back.

But I just can't see the Hawks getting over the line in Adelaide.

My Tip: Crows by 27
