It is simply sensible that for players to play on the USLPGA that they have an ability to speak and read English. There is nothing racist in this it just makes sense. | Wayne once again a poster on these boards has shown their inability to read properly The USLPGA are making it compulsory that its members can speak english,they are NOT saying speak English only There are a number of players on the tour at the moment who do not have English Skills. That is not helpful when they are playing in the US, where most sponsors speak English, as do Marshalls, Volunteers Etc This is not an unreasonble condition of membership Plus they have instituted a 2 year moratorium for current members to gain that English proficiency |
