It looks like being a miserable day at the Cattery- May even turn into North's own 'Les Miserables'- looks like we may have another first gamer Nathan Grima- hmmm the name may also lend its self to todays game . Our injury list is that long our avg age is 14 , least they'll get in on a concession rate.

Just don't hurt our little fella's, all 16 of 'em.

North by 98- made a margin change due to the weather can't see us now winning by 100. woo hoo!!
( at least i admire the Catz ,which makes it that bit easier)

the article in the age today was all about soaking up pressure to win flags, and how the saints have that at the moment. the strength of the cats is that also, responding with more energy to break pressure. dont stress, they are rolling to the flag this year

If Wright heads towards the defensive 50 for North then he might be met by Mooney, wonder if he would put on another bump like last week? The there is Rooke to contend with who runs all over the ground and hits pretty hard also. The kid might be safest on the bench :D

good luck tomorrow cats fans- should be tight n hard - North by 100 points.:D

Sam Wright is debuting for North also- he's a very quick skilled mid/forward/winger , built like an Ethiopian middle distance runner- please don't hurt him.

I would have no worries if North beat us on the weekend. Last time they beat us at Skilled we went on to win the flag - maybe its a good omen

I took a different view of the match against the Crows. I saw it not so much as the Cats falling apart with the pressure being on & taking the foot off the pedal, but more that the Crows stepped up the pressure during that 2nd quarter and until the 4th which really pushed the Cats and made them play better. I thought the match against the Crows was one of our best for the season - the Lions match I rate higher & didn't see todays, but I think they played really well that match, its just that the opposition also stepped up a gear.

The match against the Tigers I thought we fell apart in the 3rd and that we stopped working for each other. They have stood up to the pressure so far this season, lifting when they have to. I find it more concerning that they haven't been closing out the matches - getting the lead & then not lifting to the next level, but that should come as the season goes on.

But losing a match or 2 is no concern - better then thinking ya invincible only to lose the the one that matters.

Maybe I am a just a cynic, or maybe there is a truth to what I believe, please let me know !
Geelong will always be my favourite team win or lose, but what worries me is the fact that they perform at their peak when the game is free flowing, but when the pressure is on they fall apart, OR do they ???? am I seeing things, (I saw it in the Adelaide game) or am I just a stress head !!! I would hate to see so much effort be wasted in another Grand Final.
