I agree. The same was done to an injured eagle player a few weeks back when the power played the eagles, but it doesn't mean you lower yourself to the same level. They still deserve some pity. No-one dislikes the power as much as i do, but theres no need to me nasty either.

Felt sorry for port players as i am sure they did their best. I am certainly not going to be nasty about it as their supporters would have been had it been the crows. Those boys have feelings too and i think rivalry is healthy but you have to draw the line and show compassion too. Think their coach got a bit too outspoken before the event. Good on you Geelong Well done.Commisserations to port.
