the truth of it is port meet geelong with all cylinders firing. i don't think any team would have done any better. as geelong was outstanding. and no im not a port supporter im a nth Melbourne supporter. well done to all geelong players and supporters. i think geelong is going to be very hard to beat in the next few years as there oldest player is only 30.

What happened!! I think karma came out and bit the Port boys on the a r s e !! Congrats to the Cats, I am a born and bred South Aussie (Crows supporter) but you guys thoroughly deserved it! I have always put Geelong right up there in my top three teams to barrack for (Collingwood adn Port in my bottom two). The Vics seemed to have given you a hard time over the years, as if you weren't quite worthy to be a AFL team beacause you didn't come from Melbourne. It's one of the reasons why I loved you guys, you were good, but without all the arrogance of a Melbourne team. As the first Vic team to win a flag in quite a few years, don't forget where you came from and STICK IT RIGHT UP THEM!!
