| Nah - its ok - a friend of mine from school told me years ago that she said to her uni friend that she was going into town and her friend replied if she was going with a horse and buggy!! lol Thats how some people interpret towns i guess. We all call the CBD town - no secret to that so Im not offended the least!! I pretty much have a good laugh at it really. Yeah Ocean Grove is actually on the other side of where i live (im in the northern suburbs so easier access to get to melbourne). I havent been to Ocean Grove in ages really so i dont know whats happening out that way. The footy is on right now and im sure you are watching it right now - will probably get your repsonse after the game but we'll see whether we need any teal or not. lol I think the blue and white will dominate it though!!! |

| Wasn´t meaning to make a joke about whether Geelong is a town or a city....I´ll leave that to you Vics to banter about. Town is just what I call everything with more than 10 people. Of course it is technically a city and a nice part of the world too. I like staying at that little place called Ocean Grove right near Geelong. Have they decked out in pretty colours too? Do they need some Teal? Cos I can send some hehehe |

| am a Collingwood Supporter. We were beaten by a better side last night. Congtats to Mick and the Team for a great season. Geelong didn`t have an off night, they were made to work for it. Geelong are Minor Premiers, an outstanding achievement in itself. Its been a long time Geelong The Premiership is in sight. Now go and bloody well take it. |

| Im sure the city is now getting into the hype of finals with decking shop windows in blue and white. What are you doing to show your support? I found some old ribbons from when Geelong was in the final with Hawthorn that my dad had tied on the antenna of his car back then and thinking of putting them on my antenna - just worried someone will pinch them! (like someone pinched the rubbers of my wipers just the other night) |
