I reckon he should play centre half forward and put Pavilich on the ball. We got to try something or we are going to miss finals. We got to win at least 3 in a row to get up the ladder.

I reckon Solomons' doing allright up forward. He adds a bit of defenive pressure and plays on instinct rather than trying to be too smart and overcook things. But I also reckon Murphy is a very handy third string tall forward. Good leap, and a dead straight kick. Maybe they are just trying to get him to work on a side of his game, we might not notice, but gee he would be a great addition if he is up and firing. Peake would be good to have back in there as well.

connolly played him everywhere on the pitch! Murphy is a forward and is a pretty accurate kick, if you had to choose someone from the dockers to kick the winning goal from the 50m arc on an angle it would be either him or Pav would be tough to pick!

Must admit it is a little disapointing seeing Murphy drop off after last year. I think Chris played him out of position in the first week of the season or so (didn't he play down back). I reckon he could be rotated into the forward line successfully. His kicking for goal is super accurate.

Ryan Murphy is he Underated? Reply to this message
Personally I think Murphy should have played more games than he has this year. Last year he proved that he can mix it with the AFL's best. See with him in the side Docker's have so many more option's up forward with him playing. We can either have Pav CHF Tarrant FF Murphy FP, with Farmer crumbing in the other pocket. You can also rotate the three of the bench, thus having opposition back's having to decide who to mark. Or send Pav up the ground to drag the opposition's best defender away from goals. Having Murphy or Tarrant CHF of FF. Murphy is a strong lead & can take a good pack mark. I think he would add another string to the dockers bow. Solomon isn't performing up front, put him in the backline & put Murphy in. Now the decision would be who do you drop.
