| Undisciplined, they have to many players who are to comfortable knowing there playing each week without being dropped for playing a bad game. Just take a look at Paul Medhurst, played cr@p at the Dockers, get a coach who calls a spade a spade puts him straight & you have a bloody good footballer. James Clement left the Dockers & became a better player, Jeff White, Polak Simmonds so on & so on. Get rid of our Recruitment team, chase up guy's like Mick Moylan, arguable the best recruiting officer in the AFL. Pay him big money & we might have a chance of have a consistently competitive side year in year out. Until then every year is going to be Groundhog year. The club deserves all of the criticsm it recieve's & as a supporter & member I haven't any answer's. A club doesn't take 13 years to rebuild!!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Glad theres probably been enough media for the crows to take notice and use as extra motivation after their flogging from Hawthorn. Hopefully Pav and bell are buggered from the flight (and extra travel for belly).
