| Hope Morris plays well and Tahu and Grothe have shockers - or should I say, play better games than they have had in the past 4. Union could do with these 2 outsanding/leading try scoring wingers (HAHA). If you look at their Super Comp and see Aust teams placings - they won't make a difference. | Im not saying that we should necessairly have kept Tahu but players like widders and mckinnon,Morris, Hodgson just to name a few and JT . They have gone and we got very little to replace them . We might do ok this year but im just sick and tired of these good players going and then the following year just destroying us . I think the board needs to be held accountable . | tahu didn't like hagan anyway thats why he left newcastle so it was always going to be likely that he would leave. personally i don't think tahu or grothe have been that great. they have been good at times...but not great and this is what the eels need to win the premiership. last year was a wasted year with the whole coach thing. if both clubs agreed they could have swapped over a season earlier. jt did a great job to get the eels to the finals....maybe he was the right man to guide the eels to the premiership.....we'll never know. give some young guys a go and a year to develop and have a crack at the premiership next year. |
