I noticed most just named batsmen so I thought I would try and have a balance of ten. At a pinch both Richards could keep and were far better than Gilchrist as a batsmen with both batting at 4 and not 7. One wonders what would have happened to Gilchrists career had he not put on a pair of gloves but no doubt he is one of the cleanest strikers of the ball there ever was. Graham Pollock had a 60+ average before his career was halted by politics after 42 tests.
You could go on forever about a top ten. |

Big fan of the Celtics since I was a kid.
Went to Boston for Xmas '02, and just warmed to baseball (I guess coming from my love of cricket) then got Sox-Mania
Funny thing is, my first full season of really immersing myself in following them was last year.
I am one year...one pennant, I missed the 86 years. |

Couldn't you just see Manny diving across in front of first slip to take a screamer!!!
Actually come to think of it, Manny would be a better option than that guy England have now. I don't think I've seen an international cricketer with less understanding of the fundamentals. |

my top ten is all time for all countries.
and NO WAY Manny makes it in cricket, where are you going to hide him in the field. Johnny Damon would hit all the gaps when batting and could hold his own in the field. |
