adrianshere you're right I can be a royal pain in the butt at times but getting back to hubby I did just mention him I never said "all men"...mine is just extremely hard to please and that's when he's in a good mood which isn't often these days and at my "young" :P age of 52 I'm not about to go looking elsewhere.

Myself being one who says all things are equal...50/50 down the line..it takes two to tango but women feel they need to blame men for all their woes in life....

I spose its easier for women to shift all the blame elsewhere...oh well..not to worry.

Re:Men of cricket calendar Reply to this message
god tiggy, typical female, we're not just sex objects you know, we have feelings too, do you have any idea what it is like being harassed everytime you walk past a coffee shop with hordes of sex-starved females undressing you with their eyes? I was at the pool today and do you think I could get any peace with my daughter? No, constant interuptions "Excuse me, where did you get that swimsuit?" "Excuse me, do you have the time?" Look at my f..king wrist woman, do you see a watch? or do you want me to perform puppetry of the p3nis!?!?

Sometimes we just want to be held tiggy, sometimes we just want to talk, to emote, is that so hard for you girls to understand?

sex sex sex, that's all you girls think about...

Re:Men of cricket calendar Reply to this message
Kipsy, Geeves is a genuinely funny b'stard - he'll get a regular media gig once his cricket is over.

I read once that he also managed to get the Daredevils a big fine because of his excess baggage! Not the best impression to leave the IPL!

If you have time, read some of his blogs on the CA website (or tascricket.com.au).

Re:Men of cricket calendar Reply to this message
They interviewed Brett Geeves on SEN this morning and asked about the calendar amongst other things.

It was a funny interview. Geeves said that when he walked in the photographer moitioned to his assistant that it would be a "chest up photo only".

Geevesy thought that this may have something to do with his "well cultivated beer gut".

He said that Hilfy and he went for the mid 90's look - unshaven and body hair whilst Timmy Paine volunteered his sevices and went for the manscaped metro look.

They also asked about his stint in the IPL. Geeves said he went over played 2 games, got totally carted, ate a load of curry, put on about 7 kgs and was sacked and went back home.

He said he picked up $50,000.00 for the contract and was pretty happy about that - but wasn't expecting to be called back anytime soon.

Men of cricket calendar Reply to this message
In need of a good laugh, I saw an article on yahoo titled as above.. Oh my god it didn't let me down. There is a reason this hasn't been done before, yes it's for a good cause, but seriously, Nathan Bracken? Nathan Hauritz? Shane Watson? Is any person in their right mind going to buy this garbage?
Bracken looks like a mop under a stack-hat on top of a broom handle, Watson looks about 10kgs over playing weight and has a severe case of sausage arms, and Hauritz looks like he might be going for the pink vote..
Don't think the NRL or AFL boys will be looking over their shoulders any time soon.
