Only 1 wicket chucker :)
Tassies last 3 wickets went for 86 in the first dig, fairly typical this season. Geeves made a golden in that innings too, he'd be keen to find the form that got him a 99* in the last match.
I'd still have the Tigers slight faves. |

| Sounds like that heart the Tassie cricketers has is experiencing some major angina at the moment. |

| As I type! Marsh dances down the wicket and is caught for 58! 6 down, 46 to get, Butterworth and Paine at the crease. |

This ball is now 68 overs old now too - Tas will be hoping to knock as many of these 46 runs left before the new ball.
That is the last hope for NSW you'd think - unless Tas do something REALLY stupid! |

Looks like my boys might have dominated themselves a bit too much last night.
Fire up! |

Tassie getting closer, 63 needed with 5 wickets in hand. Marsh is nearing a crucial half century and the match winner from Adelaide, Tim Paine, is on a rapid fire 29.
Important for the Tigers that they don't lose another wicket though. NSW showed in both innings that the loss of a wicket after a big partnership can lead to a few more. NSW lost their last 5 for 9 runs in the first innings and 6-21 in the second. |

| With Paine & Marsh still in, its looking good for Tassie at the moment, its not like these 2 are novices. |

I think 24 batsmen out of the 35 dismissed so far have been single digit scores also!
Hughes, I just read, has set the record for the highest % of runs contributed to a teams score over 2 innings - beat Bradman. |

12 ducks in this game so far. Unbelieveable.
Makes Hughes' performance even more remarkable.
My money is on Tassie to just sneak home. |

Hmmm, you call it 'get out of jail free', I call it fight and heart! Tasmania's success in recent seasons has been built on it and SA's lack of success (with a better squad!) is a result of them having none of it!
I give the boys an even money chance of getting there, Paine, Butterworth, Geeves and Denton the key men to come.
Between the 2 at the crease and the next 4, they only need to add 20 each to get home. With more than a day and a half to get there, they just need to stick around!
Ooooh, it's gonna be tight! :) |

Tassie are ****ed - they used up their get out of jail free card against Sth Australia
Bracken has figures of 7-45 for the match. |

Tassie 4/84 at lunch, one of the 4 down was the number 10, McDonald, who was night watchman.
Debutant 20 year old opener, Jonothan Wells is unbeaten on 45 and Dan Marsh is 7.
Tas require 134 more to win, so it is still very much anyones game. Maybe a tie! |

What, at a fancy dress party?
Good old Phil Hughes - more than 200 runs for the game, NSW has made just 345 in total! So the opener has made almost 60% of the team's total.
Tas chasing about 220 to win, 1/7 at the moment. If one of the top order post triple figures, the Tigers will win.
Looks to be a cracking finish to this one. |

Yep but things like speed bump impersonation, breath holding under water, ballet dancing , chess and naming NBA players mean very little |

Not until he marries his cousin |

yeah, I was about to jump in and say that Denton is a Vic, but after the giant jerkoffs made a bazillion similar mistakes at the top of this thread, I thought I'd check the bio first.

Especially seeing as you cannot distinguish between "Forrest" and "Hughes".
Couldnt see the Forrest for the Hughes is the old saying , isnt it ??
Tassie vs NSW will be a battle for 2nd last. South Australia have had their win of the year, so everyone else should be safe now. |

He was a great addition to the side when he returned from a stint in Victoria - excellent third seamer behind Geeves and Hilfenhaus. |

I've been waiting for a banana bender to jump in and claim that Tassie have only done well thanks to Gerard Denton.
Top scores with the bat (48 runs) batting at No9 and takes 5/18 from 9.2 overs with the ball. |

Hahaha, I think Bracken should donate half his girly locks to Dougie and then they can be 2 men, not a sheila and an ogre.
The might of Tasmania will stand tall and emerge victorious! :P |
