| I have sacked better men than you could ever dream to be ,simply for not wanting to finish a project and then worked for extra shifts to complete projects. So dont start your condescending snottery with me . I call a spade a spade and have an intense dislike for standard types of structures like sport and the attachments some think are important. |

| No I was not bullied as I dont believe in that word as it gets used today .I am someone who will hit first and ask questions later. Teachers who thought that they could force me to patticipate in sports soon found that they had an adversary who wouldnt back down and I spent many sports days in detention or similar which I enjoyed , math /and technical study was more interesting than sports and its terms and rules. |

| I have fired the last CEO and crewof hangers on , restructured the business to where there is only one person in control, me and I consult with the people who actually have to do the physical work and often work alongside them just to let people know that I really do know how to do the work ,not just issue work orders. I believe that if a job has to be done then get on with it and dont stop just because its 5.00 o *** Friday arvo and the crickets on tomorrow. |
