The whole thing is a publicity stunt. ICC agreed to re-instate him as part of their out of court settlement!
Hair should never have been sacked, ICC has no backbone to back their umpires in the face of bully pakis.
They did the same after Indian complaint during the recent match in Australia as well.
Now ICC said they will not let Hair stand in Paki games, what a joke, as far as sporting governing body goes, ICC is one of the weakest! |

About time they got one of the best umpires in the world back to officiating. If the summer proved anything, the standard of umpiring is questionable at best.
The pakis can go take a flying leap as far as I am concerned. |
