| not questioning Brown's quality just the stating that cos a player has a premiership medallion does not always mean that they are a great player hence the reason why I pointed out Lynch had one. A premeirship medal is earned by being part of a team so if you are talking about the lions then use that arguement, when arguing on a single player then you may need to point out other things not just oh he won a premiership medal therefore he is better then everyone else. | he doesnt have 3 eric,if you look at truly great sides more often than not they need a great chf,dermie,kernahan(i know u dont rate him)carey and brown he is a champion and to have his name mentioned in the same thread as thomas to start with is just insulting |

| Apart from one year Jonathan Brown hasn't done much 3 times premiership player, in 05-06 he was a gun for us but got taken out by injury. In 07 he had his best year, but 08 he still took the clubs best and fairest and kicked just about the same amount of goals. |

| So far he's yet to put more than 10 minutes of consistent play together. There's the pretty mark, or 'skillful' kick for goal that goes either way. He's been playing since 2006 and the only positives about Thomas I hear are from Pies fans and they go along the lines of... He's still young, he's going to be a star, he's hot, Thomas is my idol. He's been playing for 3 years now if he continues the same stuff in 09 he doesn't deserve a spot in the playing side. |
