There is no way they could have awarded Thorn the try, he was short when the ball touch the turf and when he was over the line there were 3 guys with their hands around the ball. Civoneciva's no try was academic as Howell held him up over the line. The broncos better enjoy their last win of the year, because there is more chance of Wayne Bennett breaking into song at the press conference than they have of beating the Eeels at Parra Stadium. They can plan there holiday early and get ready for next year, where they will struggle after losing so many top class players. |

| In your opinion, but in the eyes of everyone who isnt a Broncos (Qld) fan it was an incorrect call. Graeme West was a dud ref when he used to be on the field. I see he has carried the same form into the video refs job. |

| The obvious bias call?? Do you mean the Todd Carney "played at the ball" decision?? Cowboys got the same call on Friday night , when Jason Smith knocked the ball down, and the Graham try was disallowed Both were the correct decision by the video ref. |

| No bias just ineptitude, the officials use the video ref to often. Kelly scored in the corner and the touch judge should have done his job and told the ref he didnt put his foot on the line. Then the video ref says Carney played at the ball when blind freddy could see he was going in to make a smothering tackle. 19-6 and the Raiders are on the way to an important away win. They get the scrum and within a few tackles have scored . Michaels doesnt force the ball and is awarded a try. Canberra go from a potentially match winning lead to losing all momentum and the match is gone. |
