| Allen Iverson is actually my favourite player, so maybe I am a little biased, but he is a better 1 on 1 player than Steve Nash. Nash can set up a play and give somebody the perfect pass, but that won't help on 1 on 1. Iverson is too quick, he knows how to score and does it well (career average 27.8 ppg). |

| Honestly - over the season (despite winning the league MVP), I don't even regard Nash as being the best player on his team: that would go to Marion. In the finals, the same (I'd give that to Diaw). (waves at orright) |

| Iverson was graced with the MVP award at the end of 00-01 season, his first season at captain for the sixers. Steve Nash only gets as many assists as he does because of the supporting cast, he has names like Boris Diaw, Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudemire(back from injury soon!) and other less known players, but still very good players like Raja Bell and Leandro Barbosa. Iverson has a good team around him, with Andre Iguodala, Kyle Korver, Chris Webber and Samuel Dalembert but the only regular all star in that team is The Answer himself. 1 on 1, it would be 11-3 Iverson winning. | A sort of comparison would be players who I admired as a kid. If someone asked me would Larry Bird beat Magic Johnson one on one I would laugh. Bird was the ultimate team man and could rack up points in a team environment. But Larry was slow and couldn't jump. An elephant could get more air. | Ummm...did you bother to google or browsed nba.com before stating that A.I has 0 MVP(s)? I believe he won it once in the 2000-01 season. He also helped the Sixers reached the NBA finals but unfortunately got beaten by the LAL. Iverson is a scorer and a great defensive player while Nash is only a playmaker (which is useless in a 1-on-1 situation). Iverson will win. |

| One on one who cares, I am sure Steve nash doesn't care, the better stat is, Steve Nash 2 NBA MVPs (Back to back may I say) and two straight Western conference appearances and hopefully a crack at the title if the Phoenix Suns can find their way pass the Mavericks. Allen Iverson 0 MVPs and is already on holidays this season. Allen Iverson may win the one on one's or he may not, but I bet you any money he wishes he was in Steve Nash shoes right now. Go the Suns. |

| Streetball - Iverson. Nash is infamous for being a crappy defender, and Iverson's attacking game is awesome. In an actual team - Nash. His vision & courtsense is fantastic. Iverson is as divisive a presence in a club as any I've seen in years. If he feels fine, no probs. Heaven help the coach/team/franchise/owne r he disagrees with. |

| hahhah...iverson for sure....100% in street ball...nash has better passing and FG % than iverson but thats it...but 1 on 1...he aint got no one to pass too..games i have seen them playing against each other iverson has gotten past him quite a few times... im not saying iverson is a better NBA player...just a better 1 on 1 player |
