| The big surprise for me with the Lakers was Bynum, I thought he was supposed to be much improved and ready for a step forward and he ends up playing less than Kwame. Even if he isn't playing great don't they have to feed him the minutes anyway to get him truly into the side?. |

| thought i would start up a thread so we could stick all out thoughts for the season into one place. anyway, pretty happy with the blazers peformance today. the replay is on foxsports at 9-30, so i will have a closer look then, but i was kinda expecting the spurs to blow us out today. very impressed with aldridges offense - normally duncan and the spurs front court eats up young players, but his 27 points at a good clip was a real positive and something to build on. we kept it close in the 4th but unfortunately the spurs used their experience to get over the hump. more performances like this through out the year and i will be happy. utah spanked golden state - kinda expected this one after the way they dismantled them in the play offs last season. and bryant explodes for 45 on the rockets - but it is still not good enough. i was just checking the box score and looking at the rest of the lakers team, and without lamar on deck - they are horrible. feeling a little sorry for bryant right now. but only a little. |
