I have used the NBA store without problems
They did have a system whereby you could track your order, but from memory, you can obtain from the NBA website.

Yes I have used the store many times and always found them to be great. Try using the international directory. The store is in New York or maybe contact the team you follow and they might be able to help.

Just wondering...has anyone ever used the NBA store website to order merchandise?
We ordered some t-shirts and other minor things, which arrived in 3 days, but the watches we ordered have never arrived.
We've emailed them several times with no response and there is no phone number or street address that we can find to contact them. Any ideas what we could do next ? Thanx.
