Actually, I'd say that LeBron is out of the mix now.
It's Kobe, CP3, and KG. |

Hey I stand by my comments, not my problem which way you guys choose to take it...
this season I'm seeing Kobe replicating Ray Allen's 25/6/6 season of 02/03 and his stats and career seem to be following the same path...
again not bashing Kobe, my point was that as a non Laker fan it's disappointing his MVP form years behind him because of his supposed "mature" team attitude.. I wanna see him go ballistic like last season :) |

there is a reason why he is called KING JAMES and is compared to MJ, its because he is the best!!!
Best player in the league and besides maybe Kobe the most unstoppable player on his night |

Yup mandati... I've watched several Lakers games thus far this year, and I've actually been impressed with how much Kobe's trusting his team-mates - something I wouldn't have thought possible given the off-season spats.
Kobe leads the team in assists per game (5... mainly because the court-time is split between Farmar/Fisher at point), and leads the NBA in assists for SGs (.5 higher than the next highest, Jamal Crawford).
He's playing lower minutes (nearly 5 min per game) this season than the previous two, mainly because the bench is playing so well. Despite this he's still averaging 27 points a game, still higher than his career average.
Sorry ne0n, but your comment is baseless. Might have been a bait afterall... but if so, pretty lame. :P |

I am gonna have to laugh at that one too ne0n..
but when his & Dwight's career's are said & done, he'll have more MVPs than Howard.
Yeah you might be right but I think howard will be more dominate player ,centres get a rough deal in the mvp voting IMO. |

ROFLMAO... yet again, someone says something here that I've read absolutely no-where else.
That's hilarious ne0n... "fading away into another Ray Allen"?
You've not watched a Lakers game this season have you... or read much on them, huh?
Not baited at all - honestly find that a funny comment.
And I don't think LeBron will be MVP this season (my money'd be on KG, as they'll do well this season, and David Stern loves a fairy tale)... but when his & Dwight's career's are said & done, he'll have more MVPs than Howard. |

not trying to bait you don, but it is unfortunate that we aren't talking about Kobe here... he's slowly fading away into another Ray Allen..
It looks like Lebron will be MVP but it'll be interesting as there figures to be at least 5 teams who will have better win-loss records than James' Cavs by seasons end.... |

I do. But I rate James higher.
Howard's a monster, no two ways about it. He has more than double the dunks of the second-highest player, and he's a defensive juggernaut.
But he's at best an average shooter, and he's an awful free throw shooter. |

And I will also go on record in saying that i think Dwight Howard will win more MVP's then lebron and that howard is going to dominate the nba for the next 10 years ..
Any doubters? |

Not if you went to an American forum where it had 'Cricket' at the top you wouldn't...
And KWC? You don't know the first thing about 'yanks'... so stop being a red-kneck.
The fact that you haven't been exposed to anything else beyond your own backyard is not anyone's fault, and certainly not John's. |

| I would get the same response if i went into an american forum and said what do they think about Adam Gilchrist being named one day cricketer of the year, they would probably say pee off back to where you came,as we all know yanks dont care about anyone but themselves and no other sport matters,so why come into an Aussie forum and mention some nobodys name that99.9% of people have never heard of. |
