| why is it whenever hawthorn is mentioned these days, there is some sort of controversy and references to gay activities. Could it possibly be that they were indeed just a flash in the pan? No, next year they are back!!! No injuries and Shaun Burgoyne is going to bring a much needed change, and star in the 3rd quarter.....hahahahaa 10th, hovering around 8th, but the Dockers do them over in WA and wave their season goodbye..... | Yes, good luck to Dan Bradshaw. Hope he has a long and productive stint at the Swans. Or better still, he has a good year at Sydney, and gets released to the GC in 2011. Probably lucky for the Lions that he didnt go to Carlton. Bradshaw is on 496 goals, and round 2 Carlton vs Brisbane at the Gabba would have been interesting should Bradshaw kicked his 500th during that game. |

| Bit like Paul Roos himself ... never was a "superstar" but a good, honest footballer. If we can get 50-70 goals from Braddy (mate ;)) then the chasing and cost will have been worth it. |

| Bradshaw at the Swans will be a good fit - they are used to an old, bald bloke kicking all their goals! :P Nah, great pick up by the Swannies and he'll be a massive asset. The Swans have picked up some handy players - no superstars, but good, honest footballers. |
