| I hate to say this, but does anyone else agree with me that we have stuffed it again this year? Another great start and then it is all getting too much for us. The game against Melbourne was woeful, even though we won and now we've just lost one of the winable final few games. The team is sporadic, Brownie looks tired, Bradshaw didn't have an impact past half time, Clark has done well (against the odds) but decent ruckmen have got the measure of him now and we're making mistakes all over the place. On top of all this Wayne Brittain is out for the foreseeable future while he tries to save his leg. I think what he brings to the coaches box is underrated. Brisbane desperately need to make finals, for the good of themselves in this Rugby League town. Sadly I think too many players have started to believe their own hype and we're headed for another 2008. Sorry guys. It's gutting for me to admit it. |
