| Sorry to bring old news back to the top,but have not had my own computer for almost three weeks.It's only tempory now.Firstly,to Jim Stynes all the best in your upcoming battle with the Big "C".Secondly Congratulations to a very committed Demons team who through great tackling and hard running disposed of my boys,Well done.I always wonder why it takes a bit of bad news,adversity or any kind of special announcement to make players respond in such a way,when it should be done every week regardless.Hope the Dees can do it against Port today.If they hit the power just as hard,they can. It was a bit of a bugger,not being able to see the comments on the Eagles victory over the Hawks the week before.I'm sure Brownz would have been charitable in his after match comments.Well about three days later anyway,LOL.I can't be stuffed going back that far to catch up on even older news.So please bare with me if I comment on somthing in the next few days that has been done to death previously.Thank you. | They may well have turned a corner with a win over the Hawks. But they have not won on the road for more than two years. They are definitely playing far better than the Dees but will this translate to an interstate game for them at last. Their losses this year haven been staggering- on average about 20 points (aside from Geelong) but this has been against all comes- the Cats and Tigers included. Close win against the Dees at home earlier this year and big loss against them in Vic last year. What are their prospects? |
