C'mon Chucker, lay off the fitzy facts. If it didn't happen don't say it did.
There were more ball ups in the brisbane game that were not centre bounces than in ours.
If you want to make it up talk to fitzy. |

Well , Syndrome
it doesnt surprise that you couldnt see the flopping by the Pies players. But, it is a good game plan deployed by Micky to counter his roster of talentless forwards, and I pay him full marks for developing such a plan. But, it is a plan that doesnt win flags, but if you are happy for your team to make up the numbers in September, never win the flag and thumb your nose at the 8 teams that dont make the final actions, then you will be a happy boy this year . |

Well i was actually watching the freo game again because I was seeing if there was any truth in Chuckers version.
There wasn't.
Isc, I too am sick of repeating myself so I won't. If you think the Brisbane game plan is a winner then I suppose that speaks volumes.
And I never reply to ther big brave man from Adelaide who calls people cowards from behind his computer screen hahahahah |

PMSL!!
both teams are similar!! both have over rated hacks in brennan and snowflake ... they have similar weaknesses .... one relies on 2 players to socre all their goals and have no regular input by the small forwards... the other relieson all the smalls cos their bigs can't do it.
Bothe teams of supporters live in the past and cry that the other is better then the other!
but really u can only compare the last game they played against each other HAHA |

| so far syndrome has made no relevant points, and when someone else does he goes back to his old line. "It won't work, it can't work, lions fans always drag collingwood into the arguement.." Very old, very boring, very wrong. I pointed out how wrong you were earlier today, and did so without referring to your oh-so-sacred pies, and you casually changed tac. That's fine, you prefer to spin the arguement your way when the facts stack up against you. as has been mentioned (by a non-lions fan I might add), Lions have improved despite large numbers of key injuries, Bradshaw playing KPD and reduced output up fwd, which means something is going right up there, that your blind hatred of them is clouding your judgement, as it tends to, is a problem you need to work out for yourself, but if you are going bring that weak game in here at least acknowledge when you are wrong and move on.. |

The other week syndrome was defending collingwoods hiding from carlton by saying his team was without certain players..
Freo lost certain players on saturday yet syndrome is gloating in the hiding they got. |

| the race for another premiership??? id say the lions will be more of a chance of winning one before the pies ever do again...and thats an if they ever do again...collingwood however has the best away record of clubs...as in percentage rate..but thats cos they only play about 8.2% of their games away, and usually against teams that are below them on the ladder the prior year....lol nah..afl isnt a favouritism game |

Wouldn't you???? I'd rather have a champion team than two players who hold the fate of the team in their hands.
Go on Nathan, please name all those other goal kickers you have.
Or just like Collingwood did at the "Gabbatoir" you will get beaten as easily as double teaming Brown |

And Snowflake was disgraceful in the first half of the match - 1 kick and 3 handballs and no contested possessions. Only started racking up stats late in the game as Freo players dropped off and by running alongside his teammates after they got the ball from a clearance.
How did he get 7 contested then in the second half?? |

syndrome your total green with envy attitude to the twin towers is there for all to see. it certainly pains you that a decent key forward has not existed at collingwood since sav rocca!!
the lions have had many goal kickers in most games this season. your points are not only inaccurate they are verging on the dilusional. are you ok? |

Err, if you can legally hold up the ball in out-numbered contests, you must be doing something right...wouldn't you say, chucker (depends on which team is doing it)...
Didn't hurt there winning margin of 84pts! |

Kaz, Watched the Pies on Saturday.
When outnumbered at a contest, the Collingwood player flops on the ball , holds it up until more Pies players run back in numbers, or the umpire balls it up. Dont know whatever happened to holding the ball free kicks, or the rule that a player diving on the ball has to clear it out of the contest. Probably went out with the holding the forward around the waist and wrist rule.
Malthouse runs over 100 interchanges to keep his players fresh . Freo had two players out of the game from early in the second quarter , and just ran out of legs and desire
And Snowflake was disgraceful in the first half of the match - 1 kick and 3 handballs and no contested possessions. Only started racking up stats late in the game as Freo players dropped off and by running alongside his teammates after they got the ball from a clearance. |
