| It's easy enough to teach a young bloke to mark ammatt. If Moran wanted to he would have ball after ball kicked to him until he could consistently take a mark. Me and my brother would kick the footy to each other at least one hundred times a night on nights we didn't practice. I could mark but despite all the kicking I was still a shyte kick. lol It's hard to teach someone to run to the right places though. Generally that is something you learn growing up as a kid on the game. Best spot for him will be in the backlines so he just follows a bloek around. | Moran yes he can run..... run to the right place.......no!!!!! not very strong overhead. Can't kick the ball very far. Not 50mtrs anyway. Tough ...yes , smart no. Will he make it........... probably not. |

| Being from the old dart myself I like this pick up even more now. Yes lets give the crows a go, also Brad Symes he will be a good player for the crows. Just hope they teach them to tackle properly before the season starts. |

| Brad Moran is an Englishman brought up on soccer and rugby. Moved here at 15 and got into AFL with Southport. Did really well in the draft (runs so fast it's not funny), but has struggled to get a game at the Roos because they packed him straight off to the Tassie Devils... I presume to get some more experience. I really like this kid, and I hope he does well at Adelaide. Good news is... if news of this gets back to England, every AFL loving pom is going to be supporting the Crows now, and Setanta Sports is going to be showing loads of your games! |
