| Yes, well done to Nathan Bassett. An undersized fullback who did a solid job until he was freed by Neil Craig's courage to give ex forward Ben Rutten the job. Bassett became a creative running defender and gave the Crows drive out of his back pocket whilst defending against bigger forwards and small ones alike. His body and some decision making under pressure over the last year has now brought an end to one of Adelaide footy clubs true characters. |

| Just like to congratulate Nathan Bassett on a great career at the crows...Sure going to miss that text book kicking style of the hounddog as he runs down the field..lol..but what we will miss more is the "body on the line" defense, the self sacrifice,and the all round good team man..good luck with whatever the future brings you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
