the sad part is I have friends in israel who have palestinian friends.They are part of a group of women who want peace in the middle east and purposefully reach out to each other through social events and encouraging their kids to play together. There are many people on both sides who would just like to get on with their lives but the extremists on both sides just won't listen to the ordinary people in Israel or Palestine. The sooner more moderate people are supported on both sides the more dialogue could open up.I think the palestine have legitamite reasons to be upset as israel does treat them very badly as a whole.
When I was there the Israeli soldiers were very aggrssive even to little palestinian kids and made them feel they should be priveledged just to go through check points to school.It was really ugly to see how some soldiers would bet on how long it would take to make one of the kids cry.totally unneccesary...and do they not think the kids are going to grow up and hate or love israelis
I am not an arab or a jew but I think israel on a day to day basis with their well equipped army bully the average palestinian.Pure frustration obviously gets the better of some of them which results in the obvious vicious cycle and blame game. |

thats true and also explains why the hamas terrorists continually break ceasefires by firing rockets...hamas does not represnt the orinary people but represents terror... |

Does anyone in Australia really care about the middle east anymore? We have enough issues with the economy, the environment, health, transport and trade.
If the Arabs and the Jews blew themselves up tomorrow, I don't think many Australians would be that concerned, apart from the loss of families.
Let's look after ourselves and they can worry about their own problems, because they have nothing to do with us. |

Comparision of the Matrix Trilogy with the Book of Revelations

Its obvious the Wachowski Brothers got inspiration from the Bible, with the actual verses that coincides with the "Battle of Armaggeddon". Subliminal or Coincedenial? You decide.
Some people notice from the start the religious references in the trilogy, Neo-Christ, *** -John, Smith-the Beast, Trinity- union of the 3 Holy spirits, Apoc or the Epoch, the Nebuchadnezzar-King of Babylon , Zion-holy city ( Jerusalem ), etc.
Even some small things for example change Revolutions to Revelations. Neoâs garb is very similar to a Christian priest.
"Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, and those that pierced him, and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief because of him." -Revelation 1:7
rearranged:
The One is flying thru the Matrix, and every sleeping person [battery] and those who pierced him [Agents, Machines] and all the machines of the Matrix will beat themselves in fear because of him.
It was also stated of a "white pebble, and upon the pebble a new name will be written, which no one knows except the one receiving it." -Revelation 2:17
Meaning those who conquer [The Rebels of Zion] shall be given a new name [life] when given the white pebble [Red pill] or [freedom too see the truth].
"Jesus said unto his anointed followers who conquer, they get to enter not into a holy place made of hands, which is a copy of reality, but into heaven itself." -Hebrews 9:12 ,24
The One said to the rebels who fight the Matrix, they will not stay in the matrix, a copy of reality, but choose to go into freedom itself.
"Eventually, all other redeemed dead will be favored with resurrection to life on a paradise earth." -Revelation 7:9,14
Eventually all plugged-in minds will be freed-minds in Zion .

This could also mean the dragon [Smith] after he was defeated by the male child [Neo], the two-wings [Seraph], were given to the woman [Oracle] as a guardian in the wilderness [exile in matrix] against the face of the serpent [smith virus]-Reloaded, Revolutions.
"And the serpent disgorged water like a river from its mouth after the woman, to cause her to drown by the river." -Revelations 12:15
Smith copied his virus over the oracle. -Revolutions

The Smith I saw was like an exile program, but still held the power and look of an Agent, and he spoke like a rebel against the matrix. the Virus Smith gave himself a new purpose to conquer the Matrix.

Smith was destroyed, but he survived deletion, when Neo had destroyed him, something was overwritten and he received some of The Ones' power.
"And they worshiped the dragon because it gave the authority to the wild beast, and they worshipped the wild beast with the words: 'Who is like the wild beast, and who can do battle with it?" -Revelation 13:4
The programs + people of the matrix are copied over [controlled] by Smiths' virus. Since they ARE Smith, they challenge everything by pronouncing nobody can resist it.

The Architect misleads humans in the matrix, because of the power and sovereignty that was granted to him [creator] by the machines, he tell those that dwell in the matrix to be as programs of the matrix, even though he cannot find the means to prevent the collapse of the system. He gives Neo a choice to choose to balance the equation of the matrix or be responsible for the extinction of the human species or save Zion that was destroyed many times before. |
