my experiences include:.... no timeshare available in the places that I chose to go to, on any of the dates that I specified to travel. No one available to speak to with regards to available timeshare, and no one EVER calls you back. Truly, poor customer service at all levels.

Schedule of hearings on NSW Fair Trading website.You'd've noticed the recent post by lady in Melb. Complaints can be made online via NSW and QLD Fair Trading websites, as I've done. |

| CLB Marketing +/or Club LaBourse.Put in search engine + C QLD,NT + SA Govt posts 2005. See Yahoo7 this site posts 17/03 + 24/04.VIC should be similar. Of 6 complaints I know, recently: 1 in VIC (favourable); 3 in NSW favourable, 1 to be heard tomorrow + 1 in Syd. last week result unknown. |

mu_tsun is in Vic. Received favourable outcome. Only way got money back, after order from Tribunal, was by having her credit card supplier reverse the charge to her card.
This may be the only way for some. |

hello, for those in Victoria. I first lodged our complaint through Comsumers Affairs, I am not sure of your situations, but in my situation, I was informed by Consumer Affiar that based on my reasons, they were unable to assist me but advise that we should lodge a formal complaint through VCAT, which is what I did.
The reason which granted our refund is quite unique in our case so I am sorry that I cannot provide much help in assisting what arguement to present in order to get a favourable outcome in your tribunal.
What I can advice is keep all documents and make sure you have a good reason to demand refund other than change of mind (which is the first thing we were informed in our hearing).
In terms of getting money back, CLB made no contact after the order to refund have been issued. My credit card provider reversed the charge based on the court order (as it is a legal document and that CLB is bound to obey unless they are taking the case further to Supreme Court).
