i dont like jetstar at all.. not from the commcercials they do. I never flowin with them but they are nothing cheapa.. I dont preciate the advertice on tv wioth these fake smileing faces when at the end they turn jetstar evils by saying CONDITIONS APPLY.
Yeah and first we thought it was the cheapest airline but then the devils eyes applys by condition apply atherwise dont travel.
Plus i also head bad news from jetstar.. i believe jetstar will slowly fade away and end it there. |

| JetStar have never been on time for any flights from Gold Coast to Auckland. They are always late and its not good enough. I spoke to the Airport transport man and asked what airline was the worst for time...yup you guest it. |

OK, i understand the whole get-what-you-pay-for budget ethic. That's fine with me, i'm pretty easygoing.
What i don't appreciate is having a flight canceled & being stranded in an overseas airport, only to find they won't refund my money. It's now over 6 months later, and they have still not given me my money back! That's not just poor service, it's a breach of the trade practices act. They canceled the flight and then just kept the money.
They have no real complaints process, you can't speak to anyone with any authority, they tell outright lies on the phone.. repeatedly..
I will never fly with Jetstar again. Being unable to provide a rightful refund after 6 months means that they are either incompetent or unethical - my guess is both. |

The computer watches check-in times, if you are late quite often airlines sell your seats, or are overbooked in the first place. I understand that when you're busy its hard to be early for a flight. When we fly we try to be at least an hour earlier than check in time - and even earlier when we fly overseas.
We flew to Sydney for a conference mid last year with Jetstar. I was surprised how spacious the seats were - and I'm not a skinny fella. The flight crew were well trained.
Haven't flown Tiger yet. |

I had a bad problem March with Tiger ,I was going to Sydney from Melbourne with Tiger to get a connecting flight to Amsterdan , Tiger cancelled the flight 15 mins before leaving due to low amount of passengers & had to use Qantas , paid triple fare & forfeited Tiger fare, what I have learnt from this is you can't whinge about Tiger , Jetstar or Virgin if you want a 70% fare reduction , in other words , you get what you pay for..
Use qantas or take the risk.. |

| Let's just agree to agree - Jetstar DOES suck - always has, always will. The best thing that could happen is that Jetstar goes the way of Compass et al. The sooner, the better... |

| Tiger is far worse, in July I was going to Perth & because the plane was not full they re scheduled the flight to the next day without even consulting me , I ended up transferring to Jetstar , I have found then Cheap & reliable personally ... Of course if you pay top $$... people whinge about no frills service when that's what they pay for .. If you want cheap flights be prepared to suffer occasional inconvenience or pay non discounted retail rate on Qantas .. |

| what do you expect for a cheap fair airline. biggest problem is the ego's of some of jetstars employers a few of them wont offer any help when needed and pass the buck like its going out of fasion. try Virgin blue.. ive never had any issues with them. |
