Tamils on board the Ocean Viking have stated they ave made their final decision.
That decision is they will NOT get off the boat in indonesia but will come to Australia.
The Australian have no option but to allow us to enter Australia. |

I am astounded that these people (any person) can insit on a country allowing them to enter illegally.
What on earth has this labor goverment done, I voted for them but never again if they cannot control our borders.
The flood that will come if these people do beat our goverment is beyond belief.
The welfare payments and food supply will bring our country down to a third world level. |

| They were asked nicely to get off the boat and the Australian government would shift them over here once all the media heat has disappeared. They did not want to play that game. I understand not wanting to get dropped off in indonesia with their whole non refugee policy so the next best thing would be ship them off to India or back to Sri lanka no?? If they don't watch out we will send them to New Zealand like the Tampa people!! |

I can't believe the government has allowed this situation to reach the position it is now in.
Two solutions are available.
1..Kick them off, with any force necessary. We say who gets a ride on our boats.
2..Fuel up and take them back to Sri Lanka. Then kick them off, with force if necessary.
In any case, they should never be allowed to enter OZ in the future for any reason whatsoever. |

Return them to Sri Lanka, it is perfectly safe for them there.
Give them the option disembark in Indonesia or Sri Lanka. |

Their not scum, they are just displaced people looking for the best possible start. They deserve to go back because they are not helping themselves. They got offered to be resettled in Australia once all the media went away and all they had to do is get off the boat and play the game. If they want Australia so bad lets drop them off in Australia's Antarctic territories!!
Think of the poor crew?? not only do they have to share their water, food and space with these no getting of the boat people they also have to hear them whinge about the raw deal they are getting!! Whatever they get is still better than what the sea would have offered. |

Out of interest if the Tamils where true refugees then why didnt they sail for Southern India which has a large Tamil population.
A true refugee flee's to the nearst safe haven not bypass 4 to six countries to get to Australia |

| The refugees can't go to just any country. IF they need asylum they have to go to a country that has signed the UN refugee treaty. Indonesia, malaysia arnt signatories and I don't know about India?? |
