Obvioulsy has a problem with condoms!
She justified it ;by saying- the world needed more 'nice' people!!
The world is already overpopulated-there are many Australians doing the right thing to conserve our very limited rescources (fuel, water,forest)for the future; by limiting thier families to replacement values-or less;that will allow others to have 3 or 4.
While greedy people like these ;who feel they need to produce copious clones of themselves; destroy all the good work, those who sacrifice having extra children for the good of the planet and country; by selfishly overpopulating with clones of themsleves.
If they think it is ok-what would happen if every person produced 14-20 children each!!??
Then exponentiate that out; by those clones producing the same number each generation .
Within a couple of generations-the country would be a desert.
Just sheer selfishness;with no thought for the future of the planet or the rights of other people who live on it!
By the time she had 4 or 5-she will be well and truly comfortable;govt money wise!
With 14-the sky is the limit ;to live in the lap of luxury-neither of them will ever have to work again.Imagine what they would have raked in ;in the last two stimulus packages!
Dont ever tell us oldies ;WE will be a drain on the future!!
Then she can be tying up facilities and monetary recources; so that those who limit themselvews to a resonable amount of children ;may find it difficult to access them.
And despite what anyone says about happy families etc-there is NO WAY; any Mother of Father can spread themselves fairly between all those children and give each the attention they deserve.
My SIL_comes from an older family of 16 in the US and they lived in two houses-went out in a couple of vans and the older ones tended pretty much to the younger ones needs, in a regimental fashion.
Thats NOT the way it should be.
Thats like an institution-NOT a family ... |

I agree peace. Too many ppl not enough resources.
No easy solution to this one though. Can't put a restriction on ppl's reproductive rights.
Having this many children is very irresponsible though. |

that was Costello-with his ;-'one for each parent and one for the economy'!!
Before that-most parents were trying to lmit themselves to a replacement for the good of the environment and the future .
We didnt want to end up like China; because of our finite rescources.
Imagine how much rescources those 14+ will consume and use over their life span-as oppsed to only 2-4 of them!
Ongoing ;as they also breed!
Or kennet who went inot private girls schools and tried to convince them to breed for the economy!! |

A grand daughter of mine attends a Sydney girls High School popular with Muslims.....none of which she knows belong in families with less than 7 children, and none of these families, she is told, intend to stop reproducing. |

I dont believe this is the TRUE reason for anyone who chooses not to have children. Far more likely they can't bear the thought of putting anyone before themsleves is the real reason. |

| If these people can afford to support 14 children without extra help from the taxpayer then fine but obviously they cannot - they'd be sucking up every resource on offer and would be pulling in fortnightly family payments that would be more than they could ever have dreamt of earning prior to developing their incessant desire to breed till they drop! Government payments should be stopped after the 6th child - more than enough for anyone - you want more kids then you pay for them! Tired of the government being overly-generous with my/our money! |

| Rememebr that Americna family with (I think) 18 kids? Lived on a farm...were pretty much self sufficient. If ya wanted to talk about carbon foorprints, your average DINK's would have a far greater one. If they wanna have 14 kids, it's their choice. Doesn't concern anyone else. |

I know of one 'mature-age' woman who has recently, once more, undergone IVF treatment even though she already has had 6 children, the last one she gave birth to has Downs Syndrome and to top it off, she has no partner/husband. She has access to the frozen embryos so is trying for it again! This is an issue of mental illness.
All the while, we taxpayers are footing the bill for these idiotice policies/experimentations !
It's not right. Everyone is entitled to support in times of need but limits should be set. |

| Not really a different issue at all. The issue is that the government is wasting taxpayer money on people that do not know when it is time to STOP breeding!!! You want to keep on breeding then YOU pay for it! User pays exists everywhere else, why not here? |

Interview with the parents on Cannel Two confirmed the father does not work as he is co care of the children. The family receive government payment and the parents readily admitted this was considerably more than could be earned if he or she was working. Three of the children have disabilities for which the parents are entitled to extra money.
Speaks for itself doesn't it? |
