| I don't want reams of facts, I just want one fact that can be validated. If someone other than terrorists were responsible, there must be evidence. If it was an inside job, it would involve hundreds of willing accomplices. In all my research, there is nothing but coincidence and supposition. To question the commission report is fine, but to disregard it out of hand on a hunch is ludicrous. |

If you go back and read through everything I have written in this thread you will see that, in fact I AM ONLY QUESTIONING THE REPORT.
I am not DISMISSING the report. All I have said, all along, is that there are enough holes in it that people should be QUESTIONING IT. Why don't you go back and read through my comments and you will see that this is exactly what I have said.
You have chosen to personally attack me again and again when, in fact, you have no argument with me.

I said that even if it were thousands, there are enough people in secret service organisations in the US to manage it.
I also said that the declassified papers state that it was an actionable plan. So clearly they had the personnel to achieve their goals.
But you chose to ignore that, just like you choose to ignore everything that doesn't fit with what you believe.

so THOUSANDS of people were involved in this atrocity and yet noone has even intimated a word about it. not in dethbed confessions or any other way.
not at all credible. in fact rather ludicrous. the declasified plan was just that - a plan with no intent to act. 911 was an actual murderous event. that is a HUGE difference. to equate the two in ridiculous. And yes, Im dogged because it is the only way to get people to answer questions they normally refuse to. |

I don't happen to think longweekend is right. Furthermore, the anger is not about anything he has had to say about the 9/11 subject. The anger is about the personal attacks that I have endured all night from him and his inability to take stock of anyone's opinion but his own.
He can have his own view and his own opinion until the cows come home. I have no problem with that.
But I will not tolerate his pompous, arrogant and rude demeanour when I had not insulted or attacked him. My only crime was having a different opinion to him.
If longweekend could state his case without personally attacking people's integrity or personality, I would have no problem with his expression of opinion.
But no... he reduces it to personality and point-scoring. And that is just unacceptable.
THAT is why there's anger. |

I only questioned you and you attacked. welcome to the bun-fight. of course there are holes in the report, of course they are hiding thigns. The US govt couldnt investigate a traffic accident without having to hide something or exclude something from a report. Doesnt make the accident an israeli missle attack. juste means a group of paranoid people produced a report for paranoid readers who then produce absurd theories. but it was still a traffic accident |

IN YOUR OPINION.
If it is so ludicrous, then why do declassified military papers state categorically that it was on the agenda of the US government? Clearly they had enough personnel to carry it out if they intended to carry it out. As for no one saying anything about it... there is the little matter of the secret's act which means that if anyone says anything they go to jail. How many people have the courage to stand up against their government and risk going to jail?
Hell... I couldn't even get anyone in my workplace to stand up against a corrupt manager. No one would speak out against him and risk losing their job. What makes you think people are going to speak out and lose their freedom or their lives? And, if your stance is anything to go by, who would believe them anyway? Their lives would be ruined.
I don't understand why you can't get your head around that. |

you may or may not have noticed, but in conspiracy threads the ONLY way to get such people to do other than parrot their insane ideas is to GOAD them into an answer. it may be low-brow but it s the only way to try to force them to face a few facts they conveniently ignore.
Conspiracy theorists actually ARE generally paranoid, mentally challenged social misfits. IM sure you dont liek the profile but it happens to be true. Of course not all are and based on yoru writing ability you most certianly arent, but these people are so thick-headed they need goading to even engage in some form of debate.
Look yourself at the threads and the almost complete inability to deal with any challenges totheir position. |

it wasnt a workplace problem. it was the mass murder of 3000 people. i find it inconceivable that absolutely no-one in the hundreds (or thousands) of people involved would not have the moral courage to report it. |

That's a pretty sweeping generalisation. In fact, it could describe pretty much any sector of society that you choose.
I could say that Liberal supportors are paranoid, mentally challenged social misfits and it would fit the bill in the eyes of many.
I could say that American republicans are paranoid, mentally challenged social misfits and it would be spot on.
You can't just make sweeping statements like that about people who have an alternative point of view to you. It's not on, mate.
It is a perfect illustration of why I don't like you and why I discontinued my discussion with you earlier. You just can't make scathing attacks on people like that and maintain people's respect.
It has nothing to do with your opinions, it is your attitude such as that, which is the problem. |

really? u think it is inaccurate? do a study on mental illness (ive worked in the profession) and almost every patient is a conspiracy theorist! already you are off to a bad start. then try logical examination of facts. most conspiracy theories should die an early death on that alone (lets exclude 911 for now).
now take a look at the posts of the average rabid Conspiracy theorist on here. look objectively and see if u can detect evangelistic rhetoric bordering on religiosu mania ( a defined mental illness).
Just look a little with eyes wide ipen and you find my generalisation a little uncomfortably true. |
