| So was H1tler and Stalin and Idi Amin and Jack the ripper, funny how everyone we thought of as guilty could be remade innocent just by being written about on this stupid forum, I think it is time these Corbyites actually did something like putting their money where their keyboard is and go to Bali and prove your point to the relevant court, it has been tried a number of times but to no avail but you never know, you know it alls could be lucky, I doubt it because she did it, she did the crime so now she does the time. You never know if Bambu goes too he might get charged as an agent provocateur and get to share Corby's cell with her, to that brain dead moron that would be akin to heaven. |

| I must be very ignorant. I didn't know that Australia could jsut "transfer" prisoners if they thought there wasn't a fair trial. This is under their law, not ours. Pardon me if I'm wrong. |

| She is innocent? How do we know that? At the moment, the ball is well and truly in her court now. Schapelle suferred a gross miscarriage of justice. This is what happened:-
Several breaches of the Indonesian Code of Criminal Procedure (KUHAP) were evident throughout her trial. The Australian Government did not react!
At least fourteen breeches were evident in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) to which Indonesia ratified in 2006. The Australian Government did not react!
The Indonesian Chief of Police admitted that in the prosecution of Schapelle Corby, the investigation that led to her conviction was not only flawed but only 50% complete. The Australian Government did not react!
The Indonesian court refused to allow anyone to test the marijuana and determine its origin, this, despite numerous requests from Schapelle. The Australian Government did not react!
The judges contaminated the evidence before them in court when they handled the evidence. The Australian Government did not react!
The Indonesian authorities failed to weigh the total luggage at the time of arrest, and with the neglect by customs officers to follow basic investigative procedures and contaminating evidence, made it impossible to mount an effective defence. The Australian Government did not react!
The evidence was destroyed in 2006 - before all possible avenues of appeal had been exhausted. The Australian Government did not react! |

VASU RASIAH: You know, originally we went to Canberra and met experts and Adelaide experts. They said by testing the marijuana they can identify exactly where it is manufactured and then they can give a DNA sample, all those things. We even got a couple of samples from the Bali police for this testing and then when we asked Mercedes to give an answer, she delayed more than a week. We insisted it was good for the case if they can do a DNA test and prove it is not from Queensland and it is out, that is also added information for the case. They came and said no, please don't put this angle in because it's detrimental to the case.

We cannot have her transferred back to Australia at all.
I don't believe in Australia she would be kept in jail for 20 years and that is what needs to happen.
She MUST stay in Indonesia. That is the only way she will serve her whole sentence. |

Indonesia, along with other countries have a prisoner transfer program. If Schapelle survives for long enough, she will in time be brought back here to finish her sentence. |

Don't be surprised Mercedes didn't want to have the DNA tested.
She has already be shown to lie on other things already.
They have lied numerous times, why do you think Ron Bakir cleared off? He got sick of all the lies.
They'll do and say anything to get her out of jail.
She must not be allowed to return to Australia until she has served her sentence given to her.
