hat all is well and good....but... what if she IS innocent?... there is NO REAL PROOF either way!!! Is it fair for her to live (or not live) out a penalty when there's so much controversy to her case?
the problem is that Indonesia is a third world country,with all the corruption and disregard for human life.....no-one can receive justice in Indo unless you pay for it!Pay for your extra wants in Indo...if you have money...you can achieve anything you want but if the media intervenes.....life gets real tuff as Chappelle isdoing now...c'est la vie! |

u must not have being watching the case
when the evidence was found, the corrupt indo officials just put their hands all over the evidence contiminating crucial forensic evidence which could make or break the case and the next day the "evidence" just disappeared

yes I watched too - probably same as you watched but I wasnt there to see what really happened, were you ? maybe evidence had already been tested but mr tampo & other lawyers didnt want that admissable in law court because they already make up story & blame australian airport people.

No, three of the Bali Nine deserve the death penalty, Corby deserves her 20 years less a small amount for behaviour issues.
As to the whole family guilt, well I saw the pe n is pipe photo. I read the news about the home invasion drug and cash incident. I read the news about the dad and his best friend. Well, I have an opinion on that; the family are very very angry with someone over the misfortune of the one in prison. |

It is to do with Australia, Schapelle is an Australian citizen.
It was by going on and on about it that we were able to get Holly Dean Johns transferred from Thailand to Western Australia.
So, I for one will keep lobbying for the Australian government to pursue the Indonesian government to allow her to serve her remaining sentence here.

Her family is guilty, the wacky backy may not have been hers but she knew it was there.
Her half brother should have done the right thing and owned up but he is a doped up loser, already previously convicted of selling drugs.
Schappel is guilty of trying to smuggle drugs for someone else. the penalty is still the same 20years.
She will not get out while the vegan dogooders keep it high profile. |

| This will be a high profile show for the duration of the sentence and beyond that for a very long time. During that period, young Australians will have it in their face and will be less likely to move drugs across borders accordingly. |

What stands out about her case more than anything is the number of Australians calling for her death over a bag of bloody grass yet none of you are protesting to our government about some of the men who were involved with planning the Bali bombings. Some are already out of jail after serving two years and in some cases less. Keep crying out for Corbys death while ignoring the lame sentences handed out to their own murderers. |

after seeing that 9 documentary, i feel schapelle is a victim of deceit, fraud, lies and conspiracy. I am now sure her sister Mercedes is a lying b a s t a r d and she is the real culprit. She looks so cunning and manipulative.

Separate issue but INCREDIBLY relevant to the justice system and how Indonesians penalty rulings for crimes committed are enforced. I don't know how the public (internationally) can accept that murder (by association or committed) is a markedly lesser offense than "possibly" guilty of drug smuggling??? |

I guess you didnt see the story about the couple who unpacked their bags in Bali only to find a bag of dope inside. They rang the Aussie embassy and they told them to dump it and not take it to the police. Why not? Here it would have been treated as honest and good. |
