When will Schapelle be given a team leader job in the prison so she can reduce her sentence greatly?
When will she be getting a cell of her own?...as other inmates have.
When will she be getting a tv?...as other inmates have.
When will she be getting a western toilet?...as other inmates have.
When will the jail be REPLACING her wading pool its guards destroyed? |

The Federal Government is moving to ratify an optional protocol to the United Nations Convention Against Torture and is also considering bringing in legislation to formally outlaw it in Australia.
Attorney-General Robert McClelland has told Alexandra Kirk on ABC Radio's AM that the Government also considers the controversial practice of waterboarding as a method of torture.
The Government is consulting with the states about signing up to the optional protocol, which means UN inspectors could visit Australian detention facilities.
Mr McClelland says the move signifies that the Government is re-engaging with the international community.

When will OTHER inmates get THEIR own cooking facilities?
When will other inmates be let out for a trip to the beauty spa?
When will other inmates be given access to prison guards mobile phones??

see below for starters!! She is in jail after being convicted of crimes-she is being PUNISHED!! The conditions she is being kept under are NO different to other prisoners in the jail INCLUDING other Aussies who do NOT have some of the comforts she has!!When everyone is treated equally then she will not be considered to have privliedges NOT granted to others!! |

There is a thread within these yahoo message boards it's about two GoldCoast
brothers one 21 one 24 These guys are in remand awaiting trial aprox 37 charges which include Murder Kidnapping Torture extortion to name a few. This week a further 9 charges were added by operation foxtrot on the GC involving drug trafficking, guns illegal money ect ect. NOW SO if Schapelle deserves 20 years in a stinking indo prison for a bag of Mj which she claims to know nothing about, WHAT sort of sentence if found guilty should these Gold Coast boys be looking at according to the Sha haters on here.
By the way these boys are sons of a multi millionaire not what you guys would call trailer trash.
Getting the best lawyers money can buy, don't see any of you commenting on that thread. After all you all claim to hate drug traffickers don't you??? |

Chinia has no Cival rights but all our heads of State will be their lapping up their hospitality, selling them Coal to make the country more polluted.
America and Australia will give them lip service to say they are not happy with what's happening in their respective countries and a few will do little protests in the square, but at the end of the day these Countries rule with their Rules and we Rule with ours.
And no matter how many message boards you start up and how many comments and discussions you have on these boards the bottom line is nothing will change,
trade santions are the only thing that may bring these countries into line but because they play a large part in our export market as I said it will just be lip service

Article 66 of the Indonesian Criminal Procedural Codes (KUHAP) states: "The onus of proof is NOT on the Defendant". Given that no one has been able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt either her guilt or her innocence, then she must be freed. This is a fundamental principle of any legal system. You can not send a person to jail for 20 years unless the prosecution has proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
If we are to believe even a small amount of the allegations against Schapelle, her sister, mother, father and brother-in-law, it still beggars belief that they could have been involved in the drug trade for a long period without even a single charge - let alone conviction - against any of them since the 1970s. And this after being subjected to the most intensive media and police scrutiny imaginable! |

| Imagine being like Bambu and spending (every) single day of your life obsessing and writing about the Corby case. This no life, racist old fool obviously needs psychological assistance as his obsession is bordering on psychosis. I wonder what his poor wife feels about him being on the internet 16-17 hours per day 7 days per week mostly banging on about Corby? My guess she is grateful he is out the way as that way she doesn't have to interact with him. |

I am guessing none of these things are STANDARD treatment for ALL the other prisoners either overseas OR in Australia!! |
