There was a bloody hole in the bag of dope that customs put there then lied about under oath...The same customs officer also lied about the way the drugs were packed???

Bali customs are the only ones who could or would have put the hole in the bag of dope...unless you believe Schapelle packed them that way???
It is fact that Bali customs officer Winata lied under oath...I do not have to prove anything...the proof already existe!!! |

We know it was them as the Indonesian court would have investigated why Corby had done this herself. She either wanted to be arrested or a 3rd party did this. If no thrid party, then it was the customs officials. |

I agree, and in her book, Corby makes a comment about some photographers falling over in front of her. She then goes on to say she's always had that effect on men. Pfftttttttt

How about someone slashing the bag for easy access to remove the money that was meant to BRIBE the officials-SIMPLE really and VERY convenient that the vacuum bag just happened to be a VERY smug fit to the exact dimensions of HER boogie bag!! |

The cargo bay of the jet would have reaked of pot plus the pot would have had to go past three sets of baggage handlers and two sets of customs before it reached Bali customs...this with a bloody hole in the bag of dope...I dont think so...Bali customs put the hole in the bag of dope....it is obvious???
Then there is also the issue of Bali customs making James handle the evidence and taking pictures showing themselves also handling the evidence!!!
The pictures show how the bags were found...Winata lied about it under oath...evidence was tampered with...no investigation was conducted...the defence was corrupt...Schapelle never got a fair trial...she is innocent!!! |

The bribe claim was made by another known criminal...some people still think John Ford was telling the truth...the police think it was all cr@p but still people believe it!!!
Bali customs knew she was coming and they knew she would be carrying a boogie board bag...like she always did!!!
Not to mention the obvious fact that if you are going to stash something you must put it in a bag that it fits into...there is also the fact there was no attempt to conceal the drugs...they were in a clear plastic bag...in plain view when the boogie board bag was opened...and there was a bloody hole in the bag of dope...Schapelle smelt it that is why her demenour changed at the customs counter!!!
No prior knowledge = innocent!!! |

Winata said he opened the bag and saw the flippers, the plastic bags with the marijuana and the bodyboard. "I asked the suspect what was in the plastic bags. She said it was marijuana. I asked her, 'How do you know?' She said, 'I smelled it when you opened the bag'." A second customs officer supported his evidence.
Asked for her response, Corby got to her feet and angrily declared: "He's lying." In a strong voice, she said: "I opened the bag at the customs counter. He did not ask me. I opened it myself. I saw a plastic bag inside. It had been half opened." Corby made a gesture of recoiling. "Oh! The smell!"
The marijuana was in a bag that has a nozzle through which air is extracted to compact the contents. Customs photos taken at Denpasar clearly show this bag was inserted upside down into another identical bag. Other photos show customs officers handling the marijuana through the bottom of the inner bag.
Yet the officers denied to Corby's lawyers that they opened the bodyboard bag after the drugs were detected by the X-ray machine, or that they inspected the drugs then shut the bag.
Corby said the bag had been unzipped and zipped shut. She indicated how the two zips now met in the middle, but she always zipped the bag shut from right to left with a single zip.
Mr Winata denied customs officers had slit open the inner bag. Corby said the bag was "half opened" and was giving off an overpowering smell. The customs officers confirmed her reaction.
In court, the inner bag was instantly noticeable: the bottom was sealed with black tape.
Bali customs did it...the hole is not a myth!! ... |

Mr Winata is lying...the cargo bay of the jet would have reaked of pot if there was a hole in the bag of dope...Bali customs planted the dope so an innocent Australian girl would protest her innocence all the way to Jakarta and then get Bang Bang because she denies her involvment and refuses to accept responsability for her actions...if it had not been for the fact the plant was bungled Schapelle would have got the death penalty!!!
