Personally, I think those parents who allow their daughters to walk around in skimpy clothing should be charged. It's disgusting what some preteen girls are walking around in these days.
People are saying these photos are art but who defines art and where does art end and porn begin? |

This was my post on the other thread re this issue....I invite comment.
It will be interesting to see just where the planned charges lead, and how evidence is presented and argued.
No one commented when I asked for reactions to the images presented at the INF (International Naturist Federation) website in an earlier post somewhere.
If an exemption is somehow achieved for the images shown in evidence in this case, on the basis of "artistic merit", where do the many thousands of naturist images lie within all this recent legislation?
Clubs affiliated with the INF represent about 300,000 naturists globally.

I would be particularly interested in any opinion regarding the harm presented by the images that appear on the INF site, both to the community at large, and those persons depicted in the images. |

no, but all those old judges love a bit of boy. remember justice yeldum hanging around town hall toilets and jerking off. when they did the child porn sting it was amazing how many of sydneys elite got caught. |

greatgran. As I noted earlier, I find some images of young girls wearing innapropriate and (for want of a better word) " tarty" clothing more offensive than the naturist pictures or Henson's work.
It seems throwing a short skirt on a young girl renders such exploitation OK. |

Its a little off-topic but the supposed connection between internet child porn consumers and pedophilia is not a close as you wish to think. for most it was a 'compartmentalised' activity that didnt filter into everday activity. This is not by way of condoning it but rather to say that pedophilia is more defined by actions with children. |
