mates hardrive wont spin to work , he put it in another PC, but same deal so it must be the HD.
How does he recover the data? |

Don't be bloody silly.
Put the 'dead' hard-drive into ANOTHER computer as a SLAVE drive, and you will almost certainly get your DATA back. Your drive is almost certainly dead, this is your only hope, unless you want to spend BIG money. |
